Photographs of Northland, New Zealand.

This website will be a display case for my photography around 35 latitude south - in other words the northern part of New Zealand where I live.

Northland is an interesting and beautiful part of New Zealand with many beaches, rivers, and harbours on the quiter eastern coast and the wilder western coast. Northland is home to the oldest buildings in New Zealand and the giant kauri trees that once covered huge areas but are now to be found only in the protected forest reserves.
